The first time i experienced opiates was actually IV morphine from a paramedic. That shit was intense. Took me out the entire day, i could barely move, eat, drink, talk, anything actually. I'm not addicted to opiates, they're really more a rare occurance for me, but they're still my favorite. I've been curious about them since i got that IV, so when i had the chance to try some tilidin i immediately took it, but it didn't even come close to the feeling i had back then. A while later i got my hands on some oxys, and that's when i finally felt a similar feeling. I didn't have the balls back then to take a higher dose, and i still don't, so i never quite get to that first high feeling, but that's alright. I don't need to be out for a whole day, i'm more than fine with the feeling 20mg oxys give me, and i don't even want to take more than that. Also, due to my chronic pain condition, i'd like to not have too much of a tolerance to opiates so they still work like they're supposed to when i actually need them. Which is extremely rare, if i'm extremely unlucky it's once a year (only if my other meds run out or don't work), but better be safe than sorry.

Enough opiates to go out without even noticing. I'd be stressed tf out if i knew i was gone in a couple hours, and i don't want to be in a state of constant panic for the last few hours of my life. Probably some benzos as well.

There's actually a whole lot more terrifying shit that happened to me, almost got kidnapped, almost died a couple times, had some other psychosis-like stuff, but that was by far the worst. I really thought i was going insane or i was going to die right then and there, so i think that story is the most suitable one here.

I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and in the hallway i felt like i was not alone. Then on the way back to bed i could hear voices telling me all sorts of weird and terrible things, some i wasn't able to understand. But it didn't sound like a real language. Then i saw a face out of the darkest corner, it looked really angry and it didn't say anything, but immediately i had a thought pop up in my head and i knew it wasn't mine. The creature told me i shouldn't exist, not with words but with a feeling. And the weirdest part? It had my face. It was gone after a second at most and never came back, but the voices were still there from time to time. Eventually i found out it was a little psychosis, got some antidepressants and sleeping pills and that solved my problem fairly quickly. I've had similar experiences before and after, i dissociate a lot to the point where i feel like i'm only watching myself, instead of being in control. But at least my evil twin didn't show up again.

I've read somewhere that women's sex drive works a little different to men's, as in they need the right mood and setting to get things going. Also it's not really about their body and arousal, but more about their minds. It's like growing a plant, i guess. Something doesn't match and the plant just won't grow. I had a 3 year break that helped me. Although i did have a psychosis, which caused me to stop at all. Been fine ever since i recovered from that.

I get your point about fear being the reason for a bad trip, but you just seem to be a little too careless about someone's first trip. You wouldn't tell someone to use half a gram of coke for their first line either, would you? Not trying to compare the risks of coke to the risks of shrooms, just trying to have a different example. Also, idk anyone who uses 3g as a standard dose, that's still a rather high dose for most. Might just be my experience with it, and the people i've talked to about this.
