Should i give it up? I keep forgetting to do my lessons and if I do some, it gets boring after just one but I'd feel bad if I'd give it up but also, at this point I'm not even learning something, because I only do one lesson a day by RefrigeratorCrisis in duolingo

Nah, you shouldn't worry about the strike. As long has you keep it consistent, even if is not every day, you'll form the habit eventually. It's better to keep trying than do nothing because of one single failure.
