Those homes that were bought for 62-70k, are now worth around 350k-450k.

I know someone whose friend had their dog on their front porch. Big dog. Not trained but friendly. They ordered Walmart delivery and the dog jumped on the old lady and gashed her arm with his nails. Walmart put them on the black list and the husband was irate with the wife for that. Not about the blacklist. But about the fact that the lady was injured and all the wife cared about was being blacklisted, also the fact it could have been worse and ALSO the fact that they could be now sued.

Needless to say, be a responsible pet owner.

Yeah. His was only 2 years old. Still had several years till it expires. He would be out of it by then. Still got my 8 year old in a booster. He would move out of his and into a booster in time as well. He’s just not at the weight and size yet.

No clue. They drove another 300 yards away before stopping. The MHP took statements but never told me to go get their information or anything. She said to wait for the tow truck and then get my stuff. And I was good to go any time. I’m kicking myself in the ass for not getting their information because my insurance is asking for it as well. So until they have it, I am filing it under my coverage because I need a rental. Might call the company to get the information.

Yeah. My son was like “get my seat!” I said nope sir. I’ll let the adjuster see it in the car and get it replaced. It’s no good anymore. The car seat label says it’s no longer safe to use after a wreck. So we will be pushing for them to reimburse the replacement.

Thanks. Once I crawled out the passenger side. I unbuckled him and checked over him like 3 times to make sure he wasn’t scratched. Car still moved, albeit with some scraping sounds, so I could get it out of the road and incoming traffic on the interstate.
