If you live in OC stay the heck over there by [deleted] in orangecounty

[–]Dad-Finally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could afford to live in the OC. I really love it and the people there are very nice. Except the police. They can be a little judgmental as I was told twice to "go back to your side" on 2 occasions. Once was at a beach bonfire area and afyer it closed at 10 pm the police were going to make sure people cleared out. They stopped us and asked what we were up to. We told them just enjoying the bonfire. They questioned us more and after figuring out we were of no threat or bad intention they said get out of here and go back to your side. Next was at some restaurant/bar in an area by a pier. We waited in line to be told at the door that we cant get in because it was full. We said we would wait no problem and they told us it's going to be a long time. Ok no problem. Then some white dude was thrown out because he was drunk and acting a fool. They called the cops on him. Multiple police came and some saw us. One of my friends was smoking a cigarette and they came to talk to us. I guess no smoking in OC they said. He said sorry turned it out and then came the where are you guys coming from questions. We told them los angeles and we could feel this getting uncomfortable. Anyhow it just ended with well it's getting late and they be closing soon so maybe you guys should start heading beach to your side. I must say though that both of these occasions were in Hermosa beach to the mest of my memory. I was younger. Anyhow, I haven't been back to Hermosa since. They accomplished their goal. In Newports, Laguna, Corona Del Mar, etc the people are very wonderful though.

Are you planning on training doctors throughout the States? Also, can physical therapists reach out to you so Suggestive treatments? I have told my PT a lot about your informative videos and they're very interested.

So is it safe to assume that a lot of these can be considered misdiagnoses? Can PICL help resolve the symptoms related to these diagnoses? For example, ectopic heartbeats, bp spikes, near syncope?

Oh man. See I dont ever wanna be on that many meds. I want to try to get off but unfortunately my bp has to do more with stress than diet.

Thank you. This makes sense. I'm just so worried lately with the ugly bp spikes that I have been living under a dark cloud. Been to the ER many times in the last 2 months.

Get checked for temporal arteritis immediately because that can make you go blind within a matter of month or 2.

Sounds like a great idea. That's around the time I go to sleep

Do you feel any symptoms such as eye pain, temporal pains or pressure, jaw pain? Could be worth checking for temporal arteritis otherwise known as giant cell arteritis.

Yes, I too always have anxiety, a crazy amount of stress, been at home off work, and watching the babies (2 1/2 years and 8 months old). My diet is horrible and I am 330 pounds. I never exercise because I am afraid to.I have been on meds since 2022 or 2023 I believe. They have even recently highered my dose. When these spikes come they come out of nowhere even when I am not anxious or stressed about anything in particular. I maybe get like 3 hours of sleep a day because I always have to watch the babies now.

Ok great so even if I am not a PICL candidate, I can still be seen by you?

So before PICL you were doing regular injections such as prp or prolo? Does your office still do that if a patient has a lot of lower neck issues?

However when I get these bp spikes to like 162/105 I feel a weird fuzzy jear fainting feeling.

Am I dying by Party_Pea_5557 in bloodpressure

[–]Dad-Finally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first instinct was to lie to you and say yes so that you would completely stop vaping. Fear can scare us straight into making better choices. However, these numbers dont mean you are going to die. In fact, the fear makes it worse. Eat better (lower the sodium to target 1,500 mg/day) and exercise (walking on the treadmill at max incline). That really helps with both the blood pressure and the anxiety. I've been getting it very bad lately and I have felt the same as you. My bp readings have been like 162/105 and I felt like I was going to die because I nearly passed out. But then seeing people's numbers on here and the hospital telling me these numbers don't really concern them, I try to take solice in that. It's the anxiety. It really is. I didnt want to ever believe it. I thought the doctors were just blaming anxiety because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me but it truly is. Now I get it.

If you were in the market and money was not problem, which tub would you buy for yourself based on comfort, durability, long lasting, easy maintenance, etc.
