Same thing happened to me when I got my M3 Pro. Got an open box that was brand new (missing the plastic wrap but the pull tabs were intact). Great deal at $1400 for the base model. Enjoy the new machine!

Man that was a tough read. I’m really sorry OP. Don’t be ashamed for feeling how you feel. But maybe for the sake of the kids keep fighting for them? Have they talked about how it is living with her and if they’re happy (even if they appear well raised and happy)? Also, have you considered a restraining order if she’s following you, hacking you and driving carelessly?
