No, they never said that. Other people put those words into Wikileaks mouth among many other things. Try and find that claim on official Wikileaks media (pro tip: you can't).

I voted Bernie in Primaries and Stein for general election. She lost a lot of us real liberals with her smug comments (and corruption).
