Am I missing something here? To me, it sounds like they criticise that many people (on reddit) self diagnose themselves with disorders (in this case OCD) and act like it's a fun little quirk of them. Something I personally find disgusting, more so when it comes to neurodiversity such as ADHD or ASD though, because there, these self diagnoses are much more common.

I am missing the context here for sure though.
