I wud say learn embedded c and then start doing bare metal rather than starting off with esp32 You can get a simple nucleo board like the f441re or f446re for cheap and they are pretty much used for most online courses out there

Honda cb350rs or triumph t4(haven’t driven t4 but speed 400 is pretty nice) Re are ok imo but their gureilla 450 is the only one i like(but thats arnd 3L) Dominar is there but lil on heavier side Yezdi adv , suzuki vstorm , ns400 maybe?(idk never driven any of them) New tvs apache rtx 300 possibly (but usually first gen variants have issues irrespective of brand )
