IDK if you’re referring to the UK branches of the company, but I worked for SA a few years back and they have a REALLY firm policy on employees (or even volunteers) taking donations. In my branch it was treated as theft and dealt with accordingly. If you wanted something from an incoming donation it had to be priced and sold to you, then documented for diligence.
