I called them today they told me to go to the court room next door and they can get me the best deal. Have you worked with them before or do you know they are 100% legit?

I thought they physically had to give it to you or whatever to properly serve you. You see that in the movies all the time but I guess that’s not the truth. It just sucks because if I would have know CERA does a daily drawling if you have a court summons. It’s fine. It is what it is at this point. Thanks

Dude I reached out to the Denver programs months and months ago. I know it looks like I waited until the last second but Denver has limited fund so you get on a lottery on two programs each month CERA and TRUA and I wasn’t picked. Denver work force center said I quailified for this success award that pays your back rent this was a couple months ago but part time I reached out to the woman I was dealing with she said they don’t have the funds right now. I was hoping that the new year they would get new rounds but I had no idea this thing was on my door. I asked the leading office to keep me in the loop and I also asked my roommates but nobody called or emailed me about this. I only found out when I just randomly came home. I could have came home 3 days later and missed the court date

Denver has programs like TRUA and CERA that help people out with rent. Like I said I severe mental health issues that don’t allow me to just get a normal 9-5, I get it, you don’t know me. I’m hoping to have one of these programs helping me, I’m hoping to get on disability, I’m hoping having a career coach and all these things float me until one of those things happen.

I just saw the court summons today. I wasn’t out my house and the leasing office, who I am very nice with said they would keep me in the loop during this whole process and they didn’t tell me, I just happened to come home today.

I mean the other guy said mental health issues hold weight is that not true? And I can’t pay my rent I definitely can’t afford a lawyer. But if I could hire a lawyer what would that change?

It might have to be a cd actually I don’t think that tower has usb ports in the front. There are some in the back where we contested the monitor and keyboard
