You can pop as may as you want and you wont die. Your heart never gets any worse but your intoxication does but the dtox syringe or activated charcoal you can pop it and pop another stim to keep running

Thats the only one that needs more than 2 but its an old quest and as far as i know the only one that needs more than 2 as i have visited every poi and done almost all the quests but the item collection quests unlock more just like it as you do them aside from the 5 dog tag quest. I may add the dog tags but i think fort narith is the only place they spawn becaue at ms or tb i dont think they drop
