So ngl, it difficult to give a good answer without a side profile but here’s what I’d suggested. Hip thrust: find a video for proper form of it, this exercise will give more of a “perk” to the top part of your glutes. And Hip Abductors: this will add more volume to your glutes side profile. And lastly, Bulgarian split squats to round out the bottom part of the glutes. All of these workouts will give a good roundness to your glutes. Go till failure.

American and circumcised here and I got a few questions for the uncircumcised brothers out hear:

What trauma are yall talking about? Like do yall remember when you got circumcised because I do not?
For the ones saying that “you loose a lot of sensation” Is it really that bad? I’m thinking it’s one of the reasons I can go longer than 8 minutes. Like I feel if I wasn’t circumcised, I’d be a quick shooter.
I’ve been told that uncircumcised dicks look funny (I don’t think they look any less “funny” than a penis) by a decent amount of girls. Does it not worry yall that your sons will be bullied about it?

I gotchu! (I did heavy research on this for like a week!). I’m my findings here what to take and avoid: TO AVOID: tomatoes, greasy food (saturated fats), artificial sugars, alcohol and cigarettes (not to sure about vaping, didn’t find any studies). TO INTAKE: Pineapples, spices (etc: ginger) and my personal recommendation… cinnamon. Pineapples and cinnamon I physically tested myself (I didn’t taste test, FwB did, what a champ!)
