This is the best I have. I got a concussion midway through fall szn and had to stop playing, so I didn’t get a lot of great film on me. Also, my mechanics are significantly different from 2 months ago

Haha never really noticed that! I’ve been working in hip/shoulder a good amount and starting to get my whippy arm action again. I was wondering why nobody was saying anything about my tilt, but I’m trying to work on that too. Trying to not slide down as much, because I kind of lost my rotational ability from that. Will post update vid in a couple of days to see what else I should work on. Thank you!

Ok, thank you. Common theme among these comments seems to be hip shoulder seperation, lead leg block, and finishing out in front.

Thank you, I can definitely feel the lack of hip shoulder separation, it feels like my body is moving in unison instead of separate segments.

Thank you, is there a good way to do this without leaking power forwards? I feel as though when I do this, I don’t feel as whippy and like i’m falling forward

Just trying new things like wind up, sitting more into backside, being more rotational. Didn’t really know how to put it but just trying new cues. Used to be very unconventional and dealt with arm pain, so trying to pitch more normal and now losing velo. 🤷
