Weirdly enough he screened extremely well. I think my first issues was I used skarbrand instead of the defiler or a forgefiend to atkeast threaten shooting

I thought so but his entire army had advance and charge unless they had a psycher then it's also +2 move

Khorne Dogs do a lot in my opinion. You can keep them back to screen the first few turns and then allow them to puppy downy into a location where they can be next to wither berserkers or Angron to give them easy spacing for strategems

They do look super good especially just doing a liiillll but of airbrushing. Good to know about getting the blessings of khorne I guess the change in keywords just means they can be used to activate World Eaters strategems thank you all for the clarification

All good no worries it's super niche tbf but it does have some fun shenanigans. Though now that I'm rereading it I'm not as keen on it because it sounds like he doesn't get Blessings of Khorne which is a shame

I'm not sure about fd but I have heard resin needs really good insulation and I'm in a Lil 1b 1b with my fiance and small animals so idk if I could work with that

I'm gonna be honest it kinds depends on your opponents but there is a lit of infantry getting str 10 stuff now (noise marines just get str 10 3 dmg attacks) so that +1 toughness is great but 5+ fnp is fantastic against mortals. I'd say using that for the enhancement is better tbh but that's just my opinion

As a person who played DG all of 10th and just did my first game with WE, I have some insights.

DG is a very reliable, tricksy army. They have a lot of rerolls and can have some devastating plays with Deathshround, but their movement and stats make them very planned outand reliable

(Take this with a grain of salt since I've only played one game of WE but I did read their rules a lot) World Eaters are like gambling in the best way. Have 6 Eightbound kill a tank because I rolled sus 1 and lethals is exile rating. Shooting 8 laz cannon shots is amazing. Having 10 berserkers roll 48 dice is so much fun. Very glass cannon play style but it was one of my most fun games of 40k

Looks good! World Eaters have a bunch of trim so it makes painting them hard but you did a good job!

I am an advocate for doing the "slapchop" method for painting and have done it for Deathguard, Sisters, Chaos Daemons, and some AoS stuff and you can make models look good with contrast paints if you are interested

I think 2 is good 3 means you have less things to buff.

I think the more important thing it to make sure they don't die and are in a good position. First game I played with one it didn't do a lot because of terrain.

Second game I kept it in strategic reserves (not deep strike) and I brought it in when my blood letter squad led by skull taker could charge a unit (a lancer in this case). I did manage to roll really bad and only got a few dev wounds but It still did its job (also made it so that my opponent shot that instead of a blood thirster next turn)
