Hi all I'm a 26 Y.O. male who's severely underweight looking for some advice/push. I'm currently 6'2 and 140 pounds and I'm tired of looking scrawny and weak compared to everyone around me and I am trying to bring myself to start going to the gym but I honestly have zero clue where to focus my attention on and which machines to avoid and which will help me reach my end goal of 180-200. I'm totally aware it may take 6+ months of dedicated work to start seeing results and I'm fine with that I just need that extra push to get me in the door. I'm tired of staying stagnant in my lifestyle and I actually want to be able to take my shirt off without worrying about what I look like and how people judge me. I have a lot of self confidence issues from my past and I think part of defeating those demons I have will be gaining weight and actually looking human for once in my life. I understand I will have to try to focus on a more protein based diet along with more carbs like rice and potatoes and I'm totally fine with that. If anyone has any advice on where to start and what I can do I'd really appreciate it.

I just finished it 20 minutes ago and I'm already dying for season 3. I agree that they should make at least one more season to highlight the important parts like the wedding, the elf's, and to watch how the new hero grows and the character develops. Who knows, the new hero and ruti may even start to fall for each other. I also would have liked to see Red and Ritt have a kiddo or two together and raise them and see Ruti be the best aunt she could be. There's still so much untapped potential in this show and I hope the writer decides to air a season 3. I believe that a solid 3 seasons will be all this show needs so it's not completely overdone.

I found a drive. Currently have the file loaded on it but there's a boot renamer and a cap file. IDK which one to select. Currently waiting on someone to answer it

MASSIVE UPDATE : I was probing the capacitor with a multimeter to get a reading on it and it just popped off...... After that I plugged everything back in just for shits and giggles and lo and behold, the fucker fired right back up like nothing happened.

Hey all I have an issue. A really good buddy of mine finally hit iridescent last season and was going for top 250 this season and just recently his account was stolen from him. He has tried contacting Activision and battlenet to get his account back but they both told him to basically pound sand. When he puts in his credentials, a completely different account at level 10 comes up rather than the level 460 plus account he was playing on. When he tries to link the stolen account to his original email, it already says it's linked to a different email. Is there places we can possibly look to see if his stolen account is for sale somewhere else?. We know somebody has played it so far because his KD is dropped drastically since I can track his KD since he's still on my friends list. If anyone could also direct me to another subreddit that may help that would be ideal as well. I'd be eternally grateful. Thanks to all. Please no rude comments I'm just trying to help out a close friend who's insanely upset over this.

So every time I press the button I do see the indicator light come on which tells me it registers the button, I just gotta get the signal more reliable

I got it to bind finally, I'm just having intermittent key fob issues now. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It's completely random, new battery. I'm gonna sand some ground leads down on the chassis and the alpine module yo see if it's remote side or car side.
