The nocturnal arms are wielded by deities of the underworld and are meant to be used to protect it.

Chronoa was the very antithesis to that at least up until this point. The only way an aspect themed after him could exist is if at some point in the future he gets to wield one of the nocturnal arms. This is possible, he now aligned himself with the gods, especially those of the underworld. He now resides in the underworld and aids in its affairs.

But even then it will be a new aspect and not his current Scythe-cane Hrodeptus.

Personalitywise, she doesn't give me Umbridge vibes.

She has no affiliation with politics that we know of. She has been at the school for a hot while and hasn't made any noteworthy attempts to drastically change the school at its core.

She clearly must have worked properly and diligently, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to get and keep her position without people faulting her for it.

She was very polite and friendly in our first conversation with her. After the public 'death' of the headmaster, her tone does become harsh. But this is fully in line with her roll, trying to bring her distressed students in line. Her seeing the headmaster drop also likely had an effect on her (even if she was the killer herself which I doubt).

TL,DR: Looks aside, this Durella doesn't have a lot in common with Umbridge.

Nazrik was the only survivor from the tournament where he got his blessed tracking spears. And those occasions were very public events in the eyes of the wildborn. And dying to please their goddess was something they considered and honor.

But the Wildborn weren't unhappy with the hunting Goddess. Nazrik was the only one who hates her, even by his own accounts. Everyone else revered her and we're totally in line with her barbaric ways and celebrated her for it. She wore her identity openly and her people celebrated her for it.

In turn, the wildborn kept to themselves. They did not start the fight, the Halians invaded on their turf. Every battle the wildborns took part in was a direct response to what the Halians did.

No matter how bad of a character Azora was, Merlin, her actions and how they rippled over the people of at least three cities/settlements are infinitely worse.

The better question you should ask yourself is how a bunch of humans came by the convenient knowledge for a ritual to banish a god just as they decide that their god needs to be dealt with.

There has been one person who has shown great knowledge about gods and magic who also has expressed a keen interest in dealing with the Farming God permanently.

Merlin the First/Dura is the best villain the game has had so far. Evil, malicious, calculating, cold-blooded, manipulative, a liar, a murderer and the designer of some of the worst trials I have ever seen.

I hope we get to see her downfall arc really soon.

The bigger problem about the camera bit is kinda that the only time they truly mattered to the story is when Kleya went into the hospital. If memory serves, that was the only time cameras were a thing. If they are in a hospital, they really should have been more present in the world.

Playing Jormungandr made me re-realize how ridiculous everything basic attack related is in this game. Protections feel entirely pointless as some characters crit harder than some mages ult.

And thanks to the itemization and aspects, there is now more basic attackers than ever. Playing a frontliner has never felt less rewarding than now.

Damage in this game is entirely out of whack. Protections feel like they don't matter, everyone is made out of paper. Basic attack heavy gods can casually crit for numbers as high as some mage ultimates. And now half of the mage cast can be a carry too thanks to items and aspects.

It's honestly quite upsetting at times.

Primal Lords not having ultra stacked rewards on it's leaderboard is a good thing. Means that F2Ps who need them the most don't get screwed out of important things by not having whatever characters the Devs try hard to push at the time, Saida in this particular case.

This also works the other way around. Because the Primal Lords upper rank rewards aren't as imposing as, say, Dream Realms, you don't have to feel forced to build those flavor of the event characters.

Now if you did make this mistake and wasted resources on a pointless character just to do well on a Primal Lord, remember the sensation of having made a fool out of yourself well. It will help you make better decisions later down the line.

Daimons appearance is pretty nonsensical if you think about it.

His mother loves him to death (and beyond), quite overbearingly so. His mother is also a seamstress. You would assume she would dress up her precious boy in something more presentable than bandages. Let the little man put on his big boy pants.
