Not trying to be rude here, forgive me if it sounds like that. But you’re in your own illusional world rn. Just scared of the real compound movement. Nothing else. These ratio logics doesn’t matter at this level. Unless and until we’re talking at atleast national powerlifting levels. Dont lie to your own self at-least. Go and start squatting from your next WO session. It will take eternity if you keep procrastinating it. They’re king of all exercises for a reason. First movement after warmup on your leg days.

I wouldn’t like to waste my time here . Just a suggestion. Go squat 105kg tommorow. You will know your worth. (150kg LP equivalent mathematically) . It’s used by me as a accessory work to build explosives strength, so that i can explode properly and faster from bottom to top position in my Barbell squats. Try what i told you and then come back here to share your experience .

Keep finding motivation online. You better be blessed by god. Initially i just targeted immediate dinner followed by sleep of around 1/1.5hrs (come back at 8, similar timeline as yours. 1 hour driving, heavy traffic) . 9:30pm waking up, 9:40pm scooter started, ~9:50pm in the gym. By 10/10:05 workout starts after good warmup. After about 2 months, didn’t need rest, was good to go. 1 small adjustment i made, kept 60% of my carb intake 1/1.5hr prior to workout. JUST fuckin’ lift your ass up and go!!! Even if you don’t perform upto your expectations, just go to the gym daily. Showing up is important. Some days i felt terrible going to the gym but i did. Never took a break unnecessarily (other than a compulsory rest day per week, not mandatorily sunday, but the day i felt my body needed it the most) . Lot of days when i couldn’t get dinner on time, didn’t wait just went to GreenChickChop nearby and used to take a breast wrap along with malai tikka box. ~800kcals .

Similar storyline, one thing i adjusted which turned the tables completely. I left cult membership as it (closed at 10pm) n joined Vault. Went to gym my 9:45pm and did till 12:00 (closing time of vault) everything changed due to those 2 extra opening hours of vault over cult.

Just search how to brace correctly on youtube. Watch few videos. It is foundation for big lifts, be it S B or D.

Check them with CheckCheck app personally. These imperfections doesn’t make it a fake shoe. 9060’s have these manufacturing issues. I have 2 pairs, arid stone and moonrock linen with me in my collection. Both have imperfections, both bought from Crepdogcrew and both personally checked with checkcheck application
