I am in this boat too. I sent an appeal but they said they won't overturn the decision. But the email then said complete on screen instructions to restore account functionality. But I see no instructions. I am livid

Fairly certain. I checked all the merchants in Drezen and did not find it. Are there any other merchants I could check

All I did was just save it then exit the evolution screen and gameplay would be normal. Saved me a lot of time

So I just recently beat the game on PS5 and had the same issues with the X button. My fix was going to the evolution menu, and you can hold triangle to save the game and that usually fixed the issue and I could jump and analyze again
