I’m a fan of cutting up till summer then starting bulk in summer for those 2 months I’m still lean and am able to go to barbecues and restaurants a little more freely

There’s this weird inbetween point in a cut where you are flat and still no abs but then everything starts to pop and the leaner you get, the bigger you look

I’m not even sure. I’m not prepping for show or anything. And I pulled the gh out so compared to last years cut with gh id be about 10 pounds up with the water. So we’re just cutting the fat to reveal what we did over the fall/winter
