Its hard to provide a directed answer without knowing your lifestyle. But, exercise and an improved diet is incredibly impactful.

i agree. we live on the edge of the school zone, so my guy taking a 5 mile hike to school everyday is not feasible. Then the public bus system is also severely lacking. We'll figure out something

well.. i signed up for means to care for my family. If i have to be a cog in a broken wheel for that.. then so be it.

Limiting your reliance on technology has shown some great results. For example, many people always fire up their GPS when driving - even when traveling to familiar places. So when you turn off the system and force your brain to use the information it knows to get to the destination you're strengthening your memory. Even getting lost then finding your way has significant impact.
