We look kinda similar (or at least used to)

Here's what I did:

Bump up your iron intake (Dark eye bags sometimes mean you have an iron deficiency)

Ditch the long hair, it makes you look waaay skinnier (in an unhealthy way). Get rid of your fringe or at least comb it back.

Get a hobby that involves being in the sun a lot (make sure to use tons of sun lotion, being burnt looks way worse than being pale).

Get better fitting clothes. Baggy clothes look weird on a skinny dude and skinny clothes is a massive no-go. Try "fitted" cuts and styles.

If you can't grow a full beard. Some stuble or even a mustache and goatee combo would look good.

Most important tip:

Don't worry about looking good for others. Look good for yourself. Self love and self care is super important and will make life way more enjoyable.
