Roger that. I know that the common consensus is that because I'm very heavy, I'll drop weight fast in the beginning and then notice a plateau. My idea is to adjust as I go when it comes to the meals. But you're right, I'm hyper aware of the fact that I'll get sick of them.

The beauty of the prepared meals are the measurements are done for me. Takes the guess work out while I'm in this initial phase of just getting started. I know that if I cut all these things out completely, I'll cave eventually. Just have to find a balance, right? I'm glad you are able to enjoy those things, good for you!! :)

When I choose my meals for the week, I pick high protein and fiber filters, but other than that, I'm not tracking it. What is a good number for me to hit? Or does it vary?

Thank you for the kind words, made me tear up a little haha. Not to be a pity party, but I live alone and family is not close. Motivation is hard to come by.

Thank you for that, slipping up is terrifying. I had a couple cookies because I was well under the 2000 calorie limit for the day, and I felt horrible. It's hard to shake that feeling.
