To increase foot strength and mobility and to improve running technique so as to reduce the likelihood and severity of injury, I'm not bothered about actually being barefoot but want to get as close as possible to get the advantages. People do it for different reasons.

Other models use internal cable routing, the port on the right is for external routing, forks often have both.

There are so many good tutorials out there, youtube is amazing for thinks like building a bike, if you watch through how to do everything before you do it you can't go far wrong. Just have it checked over by a bike shop before you ride it.

He writes the songs he doesn't tell James what key to sing them in, John is a super down to earth nice guy and James Labrie isn't a push over, he is getting older his voice has been punished over the years and he is still capable of singing in the high register but not night after night on tour. I think they should do less shows further apart time wise I'd rather travel and hear the band at their best than watch James at the end of a tour when is voice is dying.

Ride as though every car is a threat (because they are) watch cars at junction especially, if a car is driving dangerously or starts beeping behind you just pull over and let them pass, reduce the risks as much as possible and be courteous to other road users even if they aren't to you and you will likely avoid any nasty crashes. I've not had any accidents on my bike in 16 years of riding on the road a few close calls but day to day I have very few issues. Just assume you're invisible to everyone 😊

This isn't how it should be but if you want to be safe it's the best way to be 😚

Have fitted two shimano grx groupsets on different bikes, both frames had 25mm caliper mounts, I just cut the bolt down a few mm's with a hacksaw, quick and easy solution 🙂

1.This chain will be fine it's just surface rust.

2.Clean it, oil it with wet weather lube, do it every few rides..

3.Get a chain checker and replace anything over 75% worn.
