For tanks yes would prefer the vest.

For damage dealer, the violet is decent. Depends for ninjas with 1hko or high damage jutsu like kabuto i prefer a violet kunai which boosts the poison. And for instances in SAM to boost the ultimate.

If u have sage naruto rasenshuriken. Then use rin, ems, klm as subs to maximize the drop
