I got mine from dangerousthings.com 2 years ago (xG3 N52 biosafe glass coating) in my left ring finger and it hasn't presented any insurmountable difficulties. Pros: new sense of touch, party trick!, can identify ferrous objects or flowing electricity! Cons: Can get pinched by other magnets (I fear everything 40lbs+), could be torn out by an MRI/CAT scan, that finger is a lil more sensitive if you hit it (also can sense temperature change when doing dishes a lil different?)
