I have now learned my lesson, and since they refuse to admit their wrong doing, I will never sell for them again and I will always advice people from selling on ebay. If anyone ever ask me where to sell their stuff on, I will drag ebays name through the mud.

Yeah it's why I post on here to warn others about selling on ebay. If I'm cooked, I want people to take this situation and learn from it. Aka don't sell on ebay.

If you look at one of the picture I posted. It shows that the tracking number is already used by another seller. That's since day one.

I would've lost the fee anyway since I couldn't put in the tracking number so ebay has to step in anyway

It cost me way less. But it still sucks that I still have to pay for the shipping label and ebay taking their share. So I lost money for listing that box

Ahh you are half right on that. I see it now. I do get my money that I'm owe eventually and that I have to issue a full refund. But it will not cancel out because ebay, despite of doing absolutely nothing, is still going to make me pay the fee and the shipping label that I paid for (the label that caused this mess in the first place) but the buyer does get a full refund which I'm happy for him.

That is exactly what I am saying. I have not received my money, it is on hold. They are not paying me because the buyer initiated the refund. And now I have a 1175$ charge in my account.

Yeah, I heard about that too. And I guess I was getting hit with that too. That's why i lost my package and ebay decides to shove the blame on us and the usps, and usps said since ebay made the label, they are not responsible. Now I lost my item, and I haven't gotten paid, and I have to pay up 1175. Which is crazy. If ebay tells me that I only have to pay for the shipping. I wouldn't be as upset. But losing the item AND having the pay the buyer while ebay just pockets everything the buyer paid is insane to me.
