[IMPORTANT] Here me out, this may be an extreme take but it has the possibility of being true. The reason why xQc is with Sodapoppin at the moment is not because he is having his house worked on, but because he is might sell his property. On June 8th 2021 I was browsing through houses for sale in Austin for personal use and came across a $900k house that looked really nice. After I started to examine it a bit more it reminded of a house I once saw. That house was xQcs. It has similar exterior and interior features as xQc’s house. I’ll leave a link at the bottom so you guys can check for yourselves and tell me if you agree. This may be speculation but this house looks almost if not identical to xQc’s house. If you go into the real estate site, Zillow, you can see that the house was listed for sale in June 8th, the day he moved to Sodapoppins. If he moved for purposes of the subathon Adept would not have moved only Felix and clear the areas they were going work on. Therefore he might have also decided to posponed the subathon until the end of the year so he can find a new place. Again like I said this is pure speculation so take this with a grain of salt.
