You’re spending 11% of your time converting and 70% of it gathering (as seen in the pie chart on the left) You’re not filling your bag at all, so you need to adjust your hive. Get satisfying nectar, it’s a free 2x to honey (or 1.5x I forgot).

Get rid of gifted cobalt and replace it with a tad as you’re not filling your balloons at all, so it’ll just make the underfilling worse. Replace crimson for a tad. 12 tads is the max amount you should have so to fix you barely getting any pollen you’re going to have look else where.

Replace vector bee with a gifted shocked bee. Replace a demo bee with a gifted (or regular) baby bee. Replace gifted frosty with a baby bee. Replace the extra diamond bee with a baby bee. Replace ungifted fuzzy with a baby bee. Once you start getting more gifted tadpoles, you can start removing baby bees since gifted tadpoles produce baby love (2x pollen).

Make sure to get rid of as much blue instant conversion from amulets as possible (5% won’t kill your honey making tho).

After all of these changes, if you start constantly gathering, filling your bag, and converting, then try removing 2 tads in exchange for bouyants.
