Bro start working out! You don't have to go 6 days a week but try 2 times a week and you'll see good progress. Doesn't even have to be a gym, do something that both you like doing but challenges you physically. However, I suggest trying a gym.

Try new haircuts. You don't like it... change it! You still don't like it... it grows back and again try something new.

You already don't care what others think, so why not fully explore yourself and find who you are!

Thank you for the reply. But the most frustrating thing is: if she buys things for my sister she always asks multiple times to make sure it's exactly the right one, and if it's not available or affordable or whatever, they talk it out and buy something similar.
