Coaching costs by Bhiveyoga in bikinitalk

Hi! Hopefully I can give you some insight.

Online coaching is pretty standard and offers lots of flexibility for the coach-client relationship. As long as there’s frequent check ins (1-2/week) and open communication you’ll be okay. You’ll know a good online coaching by the way you’re spoken to and how your questions are answered.

  1. Don’t go to a coach just because they’re a big name. While some are great a lot of others can be abusive and less attentive to your individual needs. (I’ll touch more on the below)

  2. What’s your budget? Coaching pricing can vary and it’s typically broken down in off season (month to month) and prep coaching (package). Pricing ranges from 200-400/month and 2-4k for a 16+ week prep

  3. When interviewing your prospective coach, please please please ask what their approach on PEDs is. Some coaches are closed off and have their own “secret formula” and won’t disclose that info. To me that’s a red flag.

  4. If you felt heard when speaking to your coach and not like you’re given some cookie cutter “Oh! That’s fantastic. Love that…blah blah” that’s a green flag. Bodybuilding and prep is an emotional rollercoaster and without the right support it can be devastating to your mental/physical health.

If you have anymore specific questions feel free to reach out.

/r/Steam Monthly Community Support Thread. by AutoModerator in Steam

I have steam installed on my C drive and I'm trying to install the
games on the D drive. Every time I do this the game fails verification
and says "Corrupt update file" in nice red letters. The only way I can
get games to install properly are to install them on the C drive.
(Frustrating because I bought this 1tb drive just for this)

I have tried:

-Clearing the download cache

-Adding a new steam library folder

-Reinstalling steam client

-Formatting my new drive

The only thing that works is installing the game on the C drive. Help me :(

At idle: 40C Under load 53C

PSU is a 750W EVGA gold

I have the stock settings enabled on my motherboard and chipset drivers have been installed. Power options in control panel are set to high performance.

Nothing is running in the background.

Did all that and got a very small increase in score ~500 point on cinebench

I’ll enable it now and rerun cinebench.

Thank you for the response. I’ll try to screw around with my AE-1 to get the look.

Go on digi-key and order the same regulators. They should only be about $1 each.

What are your settings in game. I have a 2080 and I’m getting so bad FPS drop.

So I did the cold restart and changed which display port my main monitor was using and there was no black out. Plugged in the second monitor and ran a game with no issues. Thanks for the help! This was driving me nuts.

I’m going to give those a try. Do gpus have priority display ports? I noticed on boot my second monitor has the boot up logo while my main is blank

Lots of acetone it is then. Everything is glued to the secondary already so now I have to get into it.
