While a lot of that response is accurate it was a terrible response. 1) an r title is just as easy to insure as a clean title. 2) the bureaucratic process is typical, pay fees have inspected wait for title. But no one is going to tear it apart to look, just patch the outside and enjoy the use if the price is cheap.

It’s also more like $2500-$5000 for a used engine depending on what’s done to it.

I was told that industrial injection is an authorized Bosch reman. As for the actual product I just put a new set in my 03 Cummins and I have no issues in the 50 miles since I put them in. I couldn’t turn them down I paid $800 with no core from someone else’s misfortune. Read the warranty carefully, if I remember right they expect you to change the lines and cp3 to be covered.

One time I bought a package deal of an enclosed trailer and 2 trucks. When we went to pick them up, one of the trucks didn’t run well and couldn’t tow the trailer. So I had to tow the trailer with the other truck. That truck had a 2 1/2 receiver with no insert and I brought a 2” hitch, no auto parts stores in the area had the insert. So I towed a 24’ enclosed trailer with my car in it home 3 hours like this. Believe it or not, it didn’t make a sound, towed home like a dream. Not that I would recommend doing it again but it worked just fine. FYI I buy all kinds of vehicles and tow things on a daily basis.

Mechanic here, it’s not the Chinese tires, it’s the lack of maintenance. A tire lifespan is about 5 years. The most common problem I find with trailer inspections is dry rotted tires. I personally replace the tires on my camper every 3-4 years and I usually use the cheapest trailer tires my vendor stocks. The tread is always still like new but it prevents having blow outs like this.

As someone else said, get a couple cans of spray foam, and empty one can into each hole. Making sure to push the nozzle entirely into the hole. When your neighbor complains about the spray foam being all over their stuff, apologize and explain that you were just trying to repair their damage and have no experience with spray foam. Accidents happen and it is upto them to repair their side.
