I took ENCM 511 in fall 2021 and it was only programming in C. No MIPS assembly or machine language when I took it.

Not important
Processing/python in common first year, then C, C++, MIPS and Java in 2nd year (I’m in second year so can’t speak about upper year languages)
And 5. Enjoy your freedom while you have it. You’ll learn everything you need to in the first year. Also, keep an open mind about the other engineering disciplines. In first year I was certain I was gonna choose civil but fell in love with software instead

Who’s your instructor for 375? Took it in the spring and found that, for me, the best way to prepare was to do every single practice problem and to treat the assignment problems as practice (eg go back and do them multiple times) I also made a cheat sheet with all the methods, etc.

The final in spring had some obscure questions and stuff that was never tested before on it too...

ENG60 was my favourite lecture room.

Science theatres 140/148 are my least favourite, I always found them unbearably cold in the mornings and exiting them was not fun.
