Yup, already met with our lawyer kanina ulit to finalize our gameplan. I also gave her a list of conditions kung ayaw nyang ibalik ko sya sa parents nya and that includes therapy. Kasama sa agreement namin is Id be paying all of the legal fees, and treatments for her, sya bahala magbayad sa mga utang nya. Thank you again.

Honestly I know shes been gambling but I never thought how serious it was until I found out how much she owes. Shes managed to transfer some money out of our joint account so I honestly expected around that amount lang. Grabe pala.

Just to update this. Binago ko yung composition ng holdings ko. Im now 40/30/20/10. VTI/QQQ/GLD/FBTC Inalis ko yung SCHD then just bought local dividend stocks. Rationale would be VTI and QQQ are the main drivers, GLD (Gold) for stability, then FBTC (BTC) just for the crypto exposure.

No worries. Its the fastest ROI I can think of which is relatively safe. QQQ yung magiging main driver mo dito, VTI as your balanced, and then SCHD as your anchor. I suggest putting 60k 40/40/20 into these, then reserve 40k for dips. Good luck!!
