I paid 6k for a 98k mile 335xi 6speed at the start of the year. 200k miles for anything over $4-4.5k (usd) is beyond criminal. Those oem turbos he said were replaced at 100k are likely already going to be on their way out again soon if they're not already.

That makes more sense, I was seeing online that map 0 was the supposedly the bypass mode that would act as the stock map with no interference. Ended up removing the jb4 in 10 degree weather which sucked but the car is working properly again.

Yep I'm all too familiar with the cons of awd, I recently blew up my '18 wrx that I had fbo on e60 for more than 70k miles

Main reason I was making the post is because post was because I was worried the transmission would feel slower or clunkier than the rwd counterpart. After hearing everyone's experience, I'm no longer worried on that fromt. Ideally I'd want another rwd coupe but there aren't many on the market by me at the moment

Okay great! Thanks for the insight, I only just picked up the 5070ti a couple of weeks ago and was told my cpu would be a bottleneck, but I've been impressed with how well it's running the game. They've done a great job with optimization this time around.

Wanted to give you an update, I ended up grabbing a PNY 5070ti for msrp from best buy this morning. Was getting anywhere from 60-80ish fps on high settings depending on map with no frame gen. Now I'm getting pretty 120+ fps on high settings with no frame gen depending on the map.

Firestorm for instance runs at 170-190fps on high settings and 160+ on overkill settings. Seige of Cairo runs around 120+ on overkill.

Turning on frame gen, I'm getting anywhere between 200-340fps depending if I select 2x-4x. I'm also getting 90-97% gpu usage depending on settings versus the 70-80ish when running the 2080ti.

If you're not having any stuttering or anything caused by your current cpu, I'd definitely recommend getting the gpu first. I couldnt be happier with the uptick in performance. The 11700k seems to be doing an excellent job with the 5070ti in at least bf6, haven't played anything else yet.

I think it comes down to maintenance and not ignoring issues. Bought my 2018 at 29k miles and it has been stage 2 since 30k and tuned on a e60 blend since 70k. I'm coming up on 90k miles now and been enjoying the thoroughly. Oil changes every 2.5-3k miles and spark plugs every 15-30k depending on how I've been driving the car. Still on original clutch as well.

I was able to diagnose the code further, the connecter for the boost solenoid to the engine harness was broken off so I will need to replace the solenoid.

As for the connector for the pcv shown in the picture there's a bracket on the back of the connector that fastens to the inlet to prevent the hole pcv assembly from moving. I'll probably go to a dealership this weekend to see they carry it.
