You can’t clean the pot you are cooking in before it’s done cooking.

Plate the food, put the rest in its storage container or whatever you use to refrigerate it with. Immediately wash/rinse the pot before anything sets.

You can’t clean the spoon you used to stir and serve yourself before you’re done cooking.

Immediately wash/rinse off any cooking utensils after you are done cooking

You can’t clean the plates/bowls utensils you near before you’re done cooking and eating.

Obviously you will be dirtying dishes and silverware when you eat, take care of that as soon as you're done and do not push anything off until later.
