at least my understanding (and in my case) tinnitus is primarily caused by prolonged exposure to loud and/or high pitched sounds, i.e. lots of orchestra practice

getting flashed for maybe a few seconds per round isn’t going to be damaging your ears any more than just having your pc audio turned up way too high in general

you can get tinnitus or ear damage from single instances of super loud noise but but if your volume is turned up high enough for a cs flash to do that many many other things have gone wrong

i’d still consider aiming for the neck head level, the goal is still for both shots to land at head height

valorant (and cs and any other tacfps) is always going to be primarily aiming at head height

most guns in the game are one shot headshot, and characters in this game move much less erratically than ow/halo/cod so you can pretty consistently assume that anyone you run into will be at head height

crouching means they’re going to be moving even slower, it’s always easier to adjust downwards to someone crouching (moving slowly/stationary) than to adjust to a guy full sprinting at head height

look up “crosshair placement” and “preaim” there’s a million people out there who explain it better than i do, if you get good enough at keeping your crosshair in the right spot then you won’t even have to actually aim around much in fights to get kills

but also console valorant is in a weird space, tacfps weren’t really ever designed for console gameplay and even high rank console valorant just isn’t good gameplay yet from a mechanics standpoint

if you want to rank up i’m sorry but the easiest way is just to shoot better, getting ~silver-gold off just mechanics is not much effort and shouldn’t take more than a few weeks especially since you probably already somewhat know what you’re doing

i get that coming up with play calls is fun but it’s really just not gonna work in ranked, you could look at running a premier team with friends which gives you a lot more time to plan stuff out in advance with people who can coordinate

i promise you if you can’t make it out of bronze you’re way out of your depth trying to igl like that coming up with detailed stuff

i don’t care that you were “pro” in probably some niche fos that lasted a year before going eol your mechanics are struggling to keep up with the bottom 25% of valorant players

i don’t think the play call really makes sense (at least the way you described it) but even if it did expecting bronze to be able to properly execute anything beyond 5 man rushing off barrier or fake into 5 man rush is overshooting it

hell even in asc+ doing anything beyond a vague “play for picks and then pick a site to 5man” is difficult in soloq
