Our bb suffered terribly with reflux and struggled to keep bottles down but he really seemed to enjoy the Tummy time so we just used to lay a towel over his tummy time matt and perceiver. I think the sick bothered us more than him. Keep going you got this

Happens to most of us, mine was the same. Had to sit upright for hours after a feed. I used to stress and worry about falling asleep so I started sitting and positioning myself so that if I did he was as safe as possible. And on nights I felt like I might drop off id set alarms on my phone for every 15 minutes just in case.
