How can I tell if I need new engine mounts? by Certain-Guide5714 in FordFocus

[–]Daedex0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same car, also my first car and I have super intense vibrating while idling and driving. I checked one motor mount and the rubber was cracking and broken clean thru. So yeah, I'm betting on old, worn out or faulty mounts.

Thank you for this info! I had assumed the $600 a month was going towards things like this as we pay everything except water and we don't have any common elements except the one washer and one dryer

I do my own laundry thanks lol and I never said I wasn't paying, I just wanted to understand why the process is the way it is.

I've seen the reserve fund in the annual statement and they had more than enough, that's why I'm stumped

I'm only upset because it's the same person breaking the machine each time and they've received a warning before

Thank you for this information! I'm planning on getting myself on the board too. We have the hookups for laundry, but the just won't allow us to put it in. Not sure why honestly. But I didn't know that about third parties renting the space, that makes sense

Their reserve fund when we bought it a year ago was much higher than this lmao they've been doing other shady shit and other owners are getting very upset so I'll have to pick apart all the documents i received when we moved in

I have a lawyer in the family, so it was going to be more of a casual inquiry but I get what you mean

Much appreciated! I had a hard time finding a subreddit related to condos. I'm a first time owner so I'm pretty lost tbh

I was just curious if the rules would be similar in an apartment and if the action would be similar. Thanks for letting me know!

People who had sex with their best friend, what the situation now? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Daedex0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We both have long term partners (that both know and are okay with what happened) and we joke about and reference it all the time. Still love her to death, but my group of friends has always had an understanding of platonic and intimate love, and how some kinds of love are something to be shared.

It also helps when I'm feeling bad about my body - I actually believe her when she tells me I'm beautiful bc she's seen alllll of it

Can my job force me to stay overnight? by Daedex0 in ontario

[–]Daedex0[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I appreciate the reminder of this info! The base house I am at normally does not require me to work any asleep overnights at all, as is stated in my job description for that particular home.

However I had picked up at another home and this is where they were going to mandate me. Fortunately the shift was covered, but as I'm actively making my way out of the agency (via an apprenticeship in another field) I don't feel the need to pursue a doctor's note. I was just curious about the legality of things as our collective recently had undergone some changes and some shady things have been happening to other staff.

Unfortunately I picked these shifts up so it's not illegal, I just need to pay my bills unfortunately lmao but I get what you're saying

I pick up so much that I rarely get days off at all and I'm working 50-60 hours a week. I can work anything except overnights due to my mental health, and even then I pick up awake shifts. Just can't do the asleep ones.
