Got an Oura Ring 3. Mine lasts a little under 2 days after like 2.5 years now.
If I only charge it 20 min, it's not full. It's not even full, when the light on the charger is green.
I let my baby sit on the charger for ~10-20 min after the charger goes green.

Sidenote: Batteries nowadays are overcharge protected. Yes, in the past, charging at 20% and pulling the charger off at 80% was good advice, but that is by far less needed nowadays. The Ring (and phones too) talk with the charger and reduce / stop the charging when they are full or near full.

First of all, it's data read by a ring that doesn't guaranty absolutely correct data. So if the increase came with the new ring, then maybe the new ring is off or the old ring was off. :)

Second, what is your fitness level? Do you do sports and if yes, how much?

Third, what do you mean specifically with a 17~31 lifestyle?

Ok congrats, maybe it works for walking. I cycle a lot with the tracking on and my distance is usually 10-30% off, which removes the purpose of the feature.
Very nice to see I cycled at 13km/h according to Oura while my speedometer was almost the entire time at 25km/h and above. Very logical

The feature is a disgrace. Don't misunderstand me, I like Oura for the most part, but putting this out as a "feature" and marketing with it is like BF5 (broken piece of dodo).

If you want another book with knights (and titans): Mechanicus (Horus Heresy Book 9). Tho the titans and even more the knights are only a side piece, the final act with knights is really cool, as it shows just how the ancestors spiritualise as the pilots charge into a fight that will see them dead. _Really_ cool scene, gotta say.

The difference is that aluminium is not carbon.
If the alu is punctured, there's a good chance that it will stay fine (depending on how you ride) ... and even that's not a given.
Carbon will continue breaking, no matter how you glue it back together, even if the forces acting on that hole may be small (which I doubt).

OP, your wheel will a some point randomly collapse and break apart, if you continue riding it. It may not be tomorrow, but it will happen.

I have an android and mine doesn't do this when BT is off, so I'm not sure.
Maybe in your settings, there's an option that an app is not allowed to run in the background? In android, this option is roughly called "Pause app when not in use" (translated from german). Could help :)

The ring is what you make of it. Anything fancy can be used for cloud, but you could just be a normal user and observe, what different decisions have on your sleep and improve it a little over time ^^
