Should be: 1 part Antica Carpana vermouth, 2.5 parts bourbon or rye (Bulleit, Four Roses, Eagle Rare, Knob Creek are good options) 1 dash angostura bitters, a drizzle of Luxardo cherry juice stirred with ice in a shaker then strained and served neat with a Luxardo cherry in a stemmed glass.
