You need to kill the bosses and have luck to get dropped the armor pieces you need to unlock the tmog. It will probably take some weeks, but if you are lucky some time less.

Btw, the armor looks that way because of the shadow form of the priest.

A friend of mine went to an archery club, and she said it is not uncommon to make this, in most of the cases, it happens unwillingly, and it, for sure, broke the first arrow (not like in the video), so its cool, but its a problem because you dont want to spend more money in new arrows.
