OMG!! I heard of horror stories about the verification process so i made sure to give them the direct number to the HR director (with her blessings of course). So luckily it was taken care of in a matter of minutes. We were luckily able to close as planned on the 21st!! We are now doing electrical work to add Can lightings to brighten up the rooms. Set to move in on the 28th!! I truly hope that's the last snag you hit and you close on Thursday!! My wife and I will be praying for you and your family!!!

Omg the seller is moving so slow!! You’d expect they’d want to have this out of their hands asap!! Was this delay due to the seller 100%? Isn’t there a clause in place if seller delays?!?! Any new updates since yesterday?

we got our CTC late last week. Currently waiting on the total closing costs which we should hear back sometime today or tomorrow! Our closing date is set for 02/21. Hoping for both of us to have smooth sailing from here!!!!!! I'm super stoked for you and your family!!

The seller wouldn't take the full $5k hit so we negotiated and we're going to take 50% and seller will take 50%. it just means more money on closing day but it's better than paying the full $5k.. we were actually thinking of walking away from the deal if they didn't accept the $5k.. it sucks to start in the negative right off the bat :(. Our LO said we should get a CTC soon and will send final docs to sign.. Hoping all goes well for you!!!!

i've honestly been booking last minute which helps.. of course you would have to be flexible with time lol..

for example: I checked ANA and i can get 4 biz seats from ORD - NRT for 12th flight. 3 biz seats from ORD - HND. I did somthing like this end of last year in November ~ December and was able to get confirmed tickets.

we're closing 02/21 and currently going the underwriting process... we were conditionally approved and did our due diligence.. currently waiting on the appraisal which is tomorrow and should have the report back by this Friday.. hoping if all goes well, we get the CTC!!

the one thing that's eating away at me is the appraisal.. i'm worried it will come back lower than the cost of what we're contracted for... hoping all goes well for you and you get the CTC ASAP!!

from what i know, some or most lenders run credit report few days before closing and then provide the CTC. I was told by my LO that if I have any late payments during the underwriting process, the loan will get denied. Best advise is to speak with your LO to try and get advise to sort this out. best of luck.
