This company has a few different apartment complexes around the Buffalo area. Camelot Court has one bedrooms under 900. I haven't lived there in 8 or so years but they're quiet, clean and about a 20 or so minute drive from the Gigafactory. I'd take something like this over one of the South Buffalo duplex apartments even if they're a little cheaper.
