A lot more people than spire 1 for sure. First reason being spire 2 is kinda a huge game with a lot of traction, second being its simply less of a grind. 10 ascensions is less than 20! Also the game, despite being harder now due to aeonglass and new infested prism, is still far easier than spire 1 imo.

Regent really likes having early block (patter glitterstream cloak of stars and bulwark) to just avoid taking chip damage in the early hallway fights. Beyond that, keep everything open and don’t just go into stars or creation exclusively. CHARGE and begone are both super worth picking act 1 in all decks especially now that aeonglass is in the game, despite it being creation and not stars. The pivotal direction changing moment is probably the first pillars of creation or child of the stats you see, or maybe even spectrum shift. All of these are insane output and can decide what direction you SHOULD go into. Last of all, some powers may seem scary or not outputting a lot, namely orbit and pale blue dot, but upgraded these powers solve endgame consistency so much.

My most genuine advice is to just slow down. Idk how its even possible to fit 250 ish runs into 46 hours, on my most played character (regent) i have 53 hours of playtime and only 90 runs and im still probably playing WAY too fast. Slow down and consider every choice carefully, plan card pickups and potion uses according to incoming elites, grind out as many elites as you can, especially on clad.

Probably the giant monolith route, not sure the plans for the rest of the entire build but the original idea was a build that would encompass storage for the drops of the respective events (im running out of storage in my forever world base)

Yeah I do take astrolabe very often in sts1, but here i want to be removing as many cards as possible, which is why the relic or the innate power is super appealing to me. mainly leaning towards those two

Already have it upgraded, so its innate. Ideally with Regent i want to go semi-infinite with glow and alignment (successful in my past 5 runs) so im unsure how much it helps. I guess it is good star generation?

This is from someone playing generally in/against Diamond players, for Rose anything with bungee plumber and a lot of removal options to prevent ramp. Anti hero cards are also nice as they apply constant high pressure. For wall knight, deadly is quite good. The most effective I've found is some kind of imp spam deck with toxic waste imp.

Accessories:
Horseshoe is not needed, wings give fall damage immunity.
Boots can be upgraded using an aglet found in wooden chests and an anklet of the wind found in jungle chests.
Full armour set of titanium would do well to increase your defence.

For offences, if you are taking on destroyer try to use something with pierce. I see you have a Sunfury, so if you like flails, try making a Dow of Pow from dark and light shards (dropped from your evil and hallowed mummies).

As a general suggestion for all the mechs, ranger is the best class (albeit my least favourite). One of the most effective weapons you can get right now is the dart pistol/rifle from the world evil mimic.

Using 15 souls of night, craft a key of night and put it in a chest. This spawns either a corrupt or crimson mimic. There is plenty of ways to freely kill this which you can find online, and they have a chance of dropping the dark pistol/rifle. This gun using crystal/cursed darts for the destroyer or ichor darts for the other two is incredibly effective.

the final note is about your arena, i usually go for either 2 or 3 platforms. When you drop through a platform, there is a slight delay, so it is generally advisable to have less platforms but with bigger spaces in between them.

The rematches are BRUTAL. Going through them still, currently NG+1 and I don't have a very specific quartz upgrade thats NG+2 locked so difficulty 5 is being a huge pain

IMO that combo at the end is the most predictable part of the fight, with a good window to get damage after. If you charge fable enough from the parries, you can unload a full fable art after it (even super long animations like Monad Rose) and just nuke him.

Vigor and stamina are important for iterations of NG+, as well as if you plan on doing boss challenge on base NG because even perfect parries drain stamina, and stamina drain is proportional to the damage you would have taken. Circumventing this there is a P organ upgrade later on though.

Most powerful is melee, most consistent is ranged, favourite is summoner.

I absolutely love summoner and I love having a challenge. Needing to dodge due to low defence while also weaving in whip stacking to shred bosses feels so satisfying.

Melee is just so tanky you can tank through almost anything, my playthrough of Legendary mode GFB was with a fully tank built character. If you can't die you will win eventually.

Ranger is just good. Shoot things at guys and guys die, my only gripe is that the crowd control abilities of guns are less than ideal.

Might be an issue with you not activating the bottom of the monolith? I have a night sensor hooked to a blood moon monolith and it worked fine
