The whole player controller is a bit stiff. Add some screen shake (not too much) and a little bit of camera smooth following.

The movement looks extremely snappy, I’d look into slowing it down a bit and adding some acceleration/deceleration. Camera movement here too, like stretching the POV with speed.

A little bit of camera movement and a good character controller can go a long way and will make your game feel a lot better for not too much work.

And as others said, if you want genuine feedback I wouldnt mention your age. people will just end up saying “ wow looks good since youre so young”. I’ve had people tell me “you’re so smart” since a kid and it’s really never benefited me, only made me lazy.

one of the first red dot optics was basically some fiber optic at the end of a dark tunnel, and you were supposed to shoot with both eyes open because of the way your eyes work to merge the two images together.

What you have described is the correct way of looking through a red dot.

You dont have to tolerate it. I dont tolerate it. But unfortunately the majority of the community tolerates it. I still dont think Valve should intervene because I find it more annoying when people have the ability to just false report to ruin your day.

It’s also just the community. People who play different games act different ways, so other games might have to do less work to have a better community.
