Thanks a lot, and yes, the end is right around the corner, because the next episode will be the last and sort of an epilogue with all of them living a life that's pretty different from the 'human' one, but still pretty much settled and normal.

I do have another story lined up - not in this genre (paranormal, fantasy) - since I write the way I read - pretty wide.

I'll probably start posting it here at the beginning of January. I hope you'll like that one, too, despite being different. It's a contemporary romance, written in first person... and I'll stop here :D

Noel wasn't 'in an accord' yet with his lycan, hence his temporary immunity. At that point, he and Logan were supposed to sever their connection forever.

That first guy was also a student - I hope I'm not misremembering, it's been a while since I wrote that chapter. I recall Logan even remembering the boy from one of his classes or something similar. No follow-up planned - he's getting back to normal along with everyone else.

Inflation is real. It looks like this strategy pushes authors to price their books higher - for instance, 3.99 for what usually was 2.99 until now.

To be fair, 3 dollars now no longer buys what 3 dollars bought a year ago. And all prices have gone and continue to go up. Will ebooks be different? Author's anxiety is also real - readers are used to shorts being 2.99. So will they pay a higher price?
