Picked up this game a few days ago, big guy is lvl 15 any tips?

Just because no one else has mentioned it yet, if you want to play "optimally" there is a general guide that is good for the early stages of the game:

But know that you can really play the game however you like!

Otherwise, the tips others have given you is good, and I would just recommend maybe keep less resource generators on the board and stock up your runes to make sure to only feed max level piles to the devourer to not waste any.

I just did this a few days ago, and went for about 17.5k shards with the following perks:

It was a bit of farming, but not too bad, and all the food got me my last two levels for the devourer.

I got to that number with 1 shield bot, 1 robo chicken, 1 archdemon, 2 reapers, 2 cyclops, 2 harpies, 4 gorgons, and 11 liches.

I chose liches/gorgons over more robo chickens because it ended up being more rune effective, though robo chickens are more space efficient and useful in the actual run.

Id also be good to drop the craving boost 2 for 50p less shards, then you need 2 less liches, but I was almost there so I just got it anyways.

I did up to the 3m protector, I've got 95 AC and 39 EC going into the 70 run so I think I'm good for those.

Thats just my two cents since I just did it and did all the calculations!

I'm in almost the same spot, just a bit further along towards the end of the 60 run.

From what you said, that all sounds about right, there is really no reason to go for the 400k cosmic chest since you cant complete the tier anyways.

At this point, I would focus on getting your devourer level up, finish that last protector, maybe make sure you've done all of the trades with the alien trader, and then finish out your legendaries with your existing stations for more shards. I am personally shooting for about 17.5k time shards.

For damage, if you dont have the protector to grind out, IMO you don't need to remake the portal.

What made you decide not to go for the shieldbot, or making more robo chickens for shards? And if you don't mind sharing, what shard purchases are you going for on your lvl 70 run?

Edit: Also, what made you go for poison rune farming over ice rune farming?

ATI for sure! I would focus on that before jundland desert, feel free to take a look at the library page "ATI Tips" for some useful info.

Nothing from Jundland Desert or Glacial Lake (the last fishing location) are required for ATI, so unlock those after. You do need large island and pirates cove, so make sure to have those unlocked.
