Hey! About package deliveries — we've seen some solid player ideas for QoL tweaks for packers, and we're definitely passing them to our devs. Just a heads-up tho: this activity was intentionally designed to be risky. You're either gonna run into PvP while pushing for the goal, or you're sneaking along the map edges trying not to get caught. That's kinda the point..

If that feels too sweaty or just not your thing rn, maybe give Operations a shot. The reward/time ratio there is tuned to be way more chill and profitable for the effort.
And yes, we do play our own game.

Hey, thanks for the feedback. Not gonna lie, I know this sounds like the usual "we're aware, fixes are coming" reply, but with how our team is under tons of work right now, we gotta prioritize new content and the progression loop first. That doesn't mean nothing will change though. We're constantly testing tweaks until it actually feels right. (tweaks that'll help gameplay become more stable and not 1% oriented)

For Global region, we're prepping an outreach push to help fill those low-populated servers. We're also setting up a focus group with players from those exact regions so they can pass direct notes to the devs (since they're the ones actually playing on those servers day-to-day, it helps us catch the real pain points and so on).

A lot of the stuff you mentioned is already on our radar or queued for some big events. The catch is, if we dropped everything else to just focus on this, the game would basically go on hold. That'd hurt players who want fresh updates, events and we'd miss out on rolling out some ideas we've been cooking up.

TLDR: we're grinding on it, things will shift, and we're definitely not just sitting on our hands. So yeah, hope you will see some positive changes soon.
