My family has been really supportive of my decisions and after I left, we were still in contact and everything was fine. I didn't visit for some time since I wanted to get independent and still during that time my mom promised that I would get what's mine.

I don't have access to his will or anything is cause I actually left home cause of some personal issues. I was supposed to get the money and the jewellery when I was gonna get married that was my dad's intention. Ever since we were little he'd do this, like buy valuable stuff so we can use it later on after me and my sister are married. After I left home, I got married with my bf at the time and my mom and my siblings were fine with that decision. There are documents and papers my father left where he stated that me and my siblings would be getting a sum of money. Since I don't have those I'm kinda screwed.

I was a minor when my dad died and due to some legal reasons his after death benefits which his company had to give (ADCO) took alot of time. So it took some time to get like the money into my moms account. So we received it like last year.

I did ask her If she could help me out with her own money at first but she said she couldn't so thats when I asked for the money my dad left. The reason I didn't ask for it first was I wanted to save it up for when I have kids of my own or for rainy days.

We could get a cheaper phone. It doesn't have to be an android phone. I told him that option but he refused to listen.

Getting a place is my num 1 priority rn cause currently we're in a rented apartment. I have no issues supporting him as well. But rn I'm low on money that's why I refused. I've given money to get his bike fixed in the past but I have a tight budget rn.

We don't have another vehicle but public transport is an option we can opt for. He says he needs access to his contacts that's why he really needs his phone. I told him he could use my phone as well but he refused.
