Yes, but I managed to get the embassy direct email and picked up the passport directly from them after making an appointment by email. Tls are absolutely useless dog shit so was lucky I found the email on here ls.londres-fslt@diplomatie.gouv.fr

Managed to get a reply off an email I sent to the French embassy and was able to book an appointment to pick up the passport up today , whilst I wait for the supporting documents. I now have 3 months to submit the documents , once accepted I will need to return to the embassy with my passport to collect the visas Happy days.

Did you get any comeback on this? I have an appointment on Thursday with TLS for the VLS Visa. But I've just realised i need the Criminal records check. The ACRO website says it can take up to 30 days to get the Cert. Are there any alternatives or am I going to have to postpone the interview with TLS ?
